I found Sandra Gancz through her company, SettleWell San Miguel.
I contacted her because my dog had a serious accident and I didn’t feel comfortable calling a new vet and trying to explain in Spanish what happened. She was able to get an urgent appointment, 30 minutes later the vet saw us.
Even though she was in the middle of a move, Sandra offered to meet me there.
Sandra has a wonderful intuitive ability to determine the best way to help you. It felt like she instinctively knew I needed more than just her translation services, and stepped up to also provide emotional support. I was stressed and not thinking clearly.
Sandra facilitated the communication with the vet. She was present in exactly the right way.
